Best hemp oil for dogs on Amazon: 8 popular picks compared, plus PROZIMA

Search Amazon for “hemp oil for dogs” and you get a wall of look-alike dropper bottles, all with long titles and very different prices. We read eight of the most popular listings, wrote down the same facts for each one, and put them side by side, with our own bottle at the end so you can judge it the same way.

This article is written by PROZIMA. Prices and ratings as of November 1, 2026. Every competitor fact below comes from that product’s own Amazon page, read on that date, with the link next to it. Prices on Amazon change often, so check the page before you buy.

The short answer

There is no single best hemp oil for every dog. The right pick depends on what you care about most, and the facts on Amazon point in different directions:

  • Lowest price per ml: Thrive by Hemp Well, a 16 fl oz bottle at about $0.05 per ml.
  • Most ratings: Billion Pets, with 25,236 ratings averaging 4.2 stars.
  • Highest “bought in past month” figure: Charlie & Buddy, with “7K+ bought in past month”.
  • Most detailed omega numbers on the listing: Thrive and Buster’s both list omega amounts per 1 ml.
  • Chicken and Beef flavors: PROZIMA was the only listing we compared that offers them, alongside Original.

If your pet is picky, flavor may matter more than anything else on this list. If you have three big dogs, price per ml probably wins. Read the table, then the section on how to choose.

The 8 listings, one by one

Here is a short, fair note on each listing, in the same order as the table. We describe what each page lists. We don’t repeat the health claims some listings make, because those are the brands’ own claims, not facts we checked.

1. Charlie & Buddy: Hemp Oil for Dogs, Cats (1 pack)

Amazon showed “7K+ bought in past month” on this page when we read it, the highest figure of any listing in this comparison, with 10,245 ratings averaging 4.2 stars. It is a single 1 fl oz bottle for $19.99, which works out to about $0.68 per ml, and a 2-pack is offered on the same page for $29.99. Its ingredients panel is one of the clearer ones we read: hemp oil extract, vitamins B and E and omega-3, -6 and -9 fatty acids. One flavor option is listed, named “Natural”. A strong pick if you want the listing with the most recent buying activity; the single bottle is one of the higher prices per ml in this table.

2. Billion Pets: Hemp Oil for Dogs, Cats (2 pack)

The listing with the most ratings in our table: 25,236, averaging 4.2 stars, with “3K+ bought in past month”. The 2-pack of 30 ml bottles was $25.99 (Amazon showed a $29.99 list price), or about $0.43 per ml, and a single bottle is offered at $19.99. The flavor is listed as “Flavorless”. We did not see a separate ingredients panel on the page; the product description mentions organic hemp extract and vitamins C and E. That huge rating count is the clearest sign of how many pet parents have tried it.

3. AIQIUSHA: Oil for Dogs & Cats 60 ml

The lowest headline price of the eight listings we compared: one 60 ml bottle for $11.99, about $0.20 per ml, with 1,484 ratings at 4.4 stars and “2K+ bought in past month”. The product description lists hemp oil, vitamins C and E and omega 3-6-9. No flavor is named on the page. A good value pick if a low price per bottle is your top filter.

4. HMone: Hemp Oil for Dogs & Cats (2 pack)

A 2-pack of 1 fl oz bottles for $24.99 (about $0.42 per ml), with 3,189 ratings at 4.3 stars and “1K+ bought in past month”. A 1-pack ($17.99) and a 3-pack ($29.99) sit on the same page, and the 3-pack lowers the price per fluid ounce to $10.00. The flavor is listed as “Flavorless”. We did not see an ingredients panel; the description mentions whole hemp extract and terpenes. Worth a look if you like having three pack sizes to choose from.

5. Buster’s (K2xLabs): Buster’s Hemp Oil for Dogs & Cats, 2-Pack

The second-lowest price per ml in our table, with a detailed label: two 60 ml bottles for $18.98 (Amazon showed a $19.98 list price), or about $0.16 per ml. It has 2,250 ratings at 4.5 stars, tied with PawsPro for the highest average among the eight brands we compared, and “1K+ bought in past month”. The description is specific: cold-pressed, organically grown hemp seed oil, with 1,000 mg per 1 ml serving and stated omega-3 (160 mg) and omega-6 (480 mg) amounts. No flavor is named. If you like exact numbers on the bottle, this listing gives them.

6. PB Pets: Organic Hemp Oil for Dogs and Cats

On Amazon since July 2018, it has 2,813 ratings at 4.3 stars and “800+ bought in past month”. One 1 fl oz bottle is $24.95, the highest price per ml in our table at about $0.84. The ingredients panel is short and clear: hemp seed oil. The flavor field says “Herbal”. A simple, single-ingredient option, at the highest price per ml we found.

7. Thrive by Hemp Well: Thrive Hemp Oil for Dogs & Cats, 16 fl oz

The bulk option. A 16 fl oz bottle (about 473 ml) costs $24.59, which is about $0.05 per ml and by far the lowest price per ml we found. It has 479 ratings at 4.3 stars and “100+ bought in past month”. The ingredients panel is very specific: organic hemp seed oil at 900 mg per 1 ml, with omega-6 (504 mg), omega-3 (171 mg) and omega-9 (99 mg), and no inactive ingredients. The page says you can pump it onto food or use a dropper. If you have several large dogs and only care about cost per ml, this is hard to beat. 2 oz and 8 oz sizes are also offered.

8. PawsPro: Hemp Oil for Dogs and Cats (2 pack)

A newer listing (first available October 2023) with 267 ratings at 4.5 stars and “500+ bought in past month”. The 2-pack holds 2 fl oz in total for $17.95, about $0.30 per ml, and a 4-pack is offered at $33.74. The flavor field says “Flavorless”. We did not see an ingredients panel on the page. A mid-priced option with a high average rating from a smaller number of reviews.

Where PROZIMA fits

PROZIMA is our hemp oil for dogs and cats. It is cold-pressed hemp seed oil with omega-3, 6 and 9, it has no THC, and you give it once a day. It comes as a 3-pack of 30 ml bottles on Amazon, in three flavors:

  • Original: $34.95 for 3 × 30 ml, about $0.39 per ml. 4.2 stars from 152 ratings. On November 1, 2026 Amazon showed a coupon: “Save 24%: Coupon available when you select Subscribe & Save”. See it on Amazon
  • Chicken: $38.00 for 3 × 30 ml, about $0.42 per ml. 4.4 stars from 8 ratings. Amazon showed “Apply 15% coupon”.
  • Beef: $38.00 for 3 × 30 ml, about $0.42 per ml. 5.0 stars from 2 ratings. Amazon showed “Apply 10% coupon”.

To be straight with you: PROZIMA is not the cheapest per ml. Thrive, Buster’s, AIQIUSHA and PawsPro all cost less per ml on the day we checked. And our Chicken and Beef listings are newer, so they have only a handful of ratings so far. Where PROZIMA stands out is the flavor choice and the price per ml compared with the 1- and 2-bottle dropper listings, which we cover below.

Hemp seeds in a bowl
Hemp seed oil is pressed from hemp seeds.

How to choose a hemp oil for your dog or cat

Most of the listings above look the same at a glance: a small amber bottle, a dropper and a long title. These six checks cut through it in a couple of minutes.

1. Hemp seed oil vs CBD: know which one you are buying

This is the most common mix-up in the whole category. Hemp seed oil is pressed from hemp seeds. It is a food oil, naturally rich in omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, and FDA has responded to GRAS notices for hemp seed-derived ingredients, including hemp seed oil, for use in human food [12][13]. CBD is a single compound found mostly in the hemp plant’s flowers [15][16], and FDA has not approved CBD for any use in animals [14][15].

Amazon pet listings often use the words “hemp oil” and “hemp extract”, and the two words do not tell you the same thing. If the product matters to you, look for what the listing says it is made from. PROZIMA is cold-pressed hemp seed oil. It is not a CBD product, and the Chicken listing says so in its own description. Our hemp seed oil vs CBD guide has the full side-by-side with a source for every line.

2. Check the ingredients, not just the title

Titles are written to be found in search. The ingredients panel and the description tell you what is in the bottle. In our comparison, some pages gave an ingredients panel (Charlie & Buddy, PB Pets, Thrive), some described the ingredients only in the bullet points (Billion Pets, AIQIUSHA, HMone, Buster’s), and one showed no ingredients we could find (PawsPro). If a listing doesn’t say, you can ask the seller through Amazon’s “Ask a question” or contact form before you buy.

Also look for the extras. Some oils are hemp seed oil and nothing else. Others add vitamins, terpenes or flavoring. Neither is wrong, but you should know which one you are getting, especially if your pet has a sensitive stomach or a special diet.

3. Compare price per ml, not price per bottle

Pack sizes in this category run from a single 1 fl oz bottle to a 16 fl oz pump bottle, so the sticker price tells you very little. Divide the price by the total ml. In our table that ranged from about $0.05 per ml to about $0.84 per ml, more than a fifteen-fold spread. A $12 bottle can be better value than a $25 one, or much worse, depending on what is inside.

Then think about how fast you will use it. A big dog on a full dropper a day goes through oil much faster than a cat on a quarter dropper, so the price per ml matters more the bigger your pets are.

4. Look for a clear “no THC” statement

Hemp seeds don’t naturally contain THC; only trace amounts get picked up during harvest and processing [14]. Still, it is reasonable to want a clear statement on the label or the listing. PROZIMA has no THC. If a listing doesn’t mention THC at all and it matters to you, ask the seller before you buy.

5. Pick a flavor your pet will actually take

The best oil in the world does nothing if your dog walks away from the bowl. Most of the listings we read are listed as “Flavorless”, “Natural” or “Herbal”, or name no flavor at all. That is fine for mixing into wet food. For picky dogs who need a reason to lick the dropper, a meat flavor can make the daily routine easier. PROZIMA comes in Chicken and Beef for that reason, plus Original for cats and food-mixers.

6. Make sure the dosing is clear

You should know exactly how much to give without guessing. Good listings give an amount by weight, once a day. Several of the pages we read did this well, for example Charlie & Buddy and Billion Pets list amounts by weight in their directions, and Buster’s lists ml amounts. Whatever you buy, follow that product’s own label, because concentrations and dropper sizes differ between brands.

Bonus: read ratings with their counts

A 4.5-star average from 267 ratings and a 4.2-star average from 25,236 ratings tell you different things. A big count tells you many people tried it; a high average from a smaller count is promising but less settled. Read a few of the most recent written reviews too, since they reflect the product as it ships today.

Why we think PROZIMA is worth a try

We make PROZIMA, so of course we think it is worth a try. Here are our reasons, sticking to facts you can check on the Amazon pages linked in this article:

  1. Three flavors, including Chicken and Beef. Of the nine brands in this comparison, PROZIMA was the only one with Chicken and Beef options. Original is there too for cats and for mixing into food.
  2. A fair price per ml for a dropper oil. The Original 3-pack works out to about $0.39 per ml. That is less per ml than the single bottles from Charlie & Buddy (about $0.68) and PB Pets (about $0.84), and less than the 2-packs from Billion Pets (about $0.43) and HMone (about $0.42), as listed on November 1, 2026.
  3. Three bottles in every Amazon pack. You get 90 ml in three separate 30 ml bottles, so you can keep one open and two sealed, or keep one at home and one in the car or at a pet sitter’s.
  4. A simple ingredient story. Cold-pressed hemp seed oil, with omega-3, 6 and 9. No THC.
  5. Once a day, by weight. One easy chart for dogs and cats, shown below. One dropper is about 40 drops.
  6. Coupons on Amazon right now. On November 1, 2026 Amazon showed a 24% Subscribe & Save coupon on Original, a 15% coupon on Chicken and a 10% coupon on Beef. Coupons come and go, so check the page.

How much PROZIMA to give, once a day

One dropper ≈ 40 drops.

Dogs over 50 lbs1 full dropper (40 drops)
Dogs 21–49 lbs½ dropper (20 drops)
Dogs under 20 lbs¼ dropper (10 drops)
Cats¼ dropper (10 drops)

Give it once a day, in the mouth or mixed with food. Ask your vet if your pet takes medication.

If your pet is new to it, you can start with a little less for the first few days, then move up to the full amount for its size. More is not better. If your pet takes medication, is pregnant or nursing, or has a special diet, ask your vet first and bring the bottle along.

Questions pet parents ask

What is the best hemp oil for dogs on Amazon?

It depends on what matters most to you. On November 1, 2026, the lowest price per ml was Thrive by Hemp Well (16 fl oz, about $0.05 per ml), the most ratings belonged to Billion Pets (25,236), and the highest “bought in past month” figure was on Charlie & Buddy (7K+). PROZIMA was the only listing we compared with Chicken and Beef flavors.

What should I look for in a hemp oil for dogs?

Check what it is made from (hemp seed oil or something else), the ingredients list, the price per ml rather than per bottle, whether it states no THC, a flavor your pet will take, and a clear amount to give by weight.

Is hemp seed oil the same as CBD oil?

No. Hemp seed oil is pressed from hemp seeds and is a food oil with omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. CBD is a single compound found mostly in the hemp plant’s flowers. PROZIMA is hemp seed oil, not a CBD product.

Is PROZIMA a CBD product?

No. PROZIMA is cold-pressed hemp seed oil with omega-3, 6 and 9. It is not a CBD product and has no THC.

Does PROZIMA have THC?

No. PROZIMA has no THC.

How do I compare hemp oil prices fairly?

Divide the price by the total ml in the pack. A $12 bottle of 60 ml and a $33 pack of 90 ml cost about $0.20 and $0.37 per ml. Bottle prices alone can mislead because pack sizes run from 1 fl oz to 16 fl oz.

How much does PROZIMA cost per ml?

On November 1, 2026, the Original 3-pack (3 × 30 ml) was $34.95 on Amazon, about $0.39 per ml. Chicken and Beef 3-packs were $38.00 each, about $0.42 per ml. Prices on Amazon can change.

Which PROZIMA flavor should I choose?

Many dogs go for Chicken or Beef. Original has the mildest taste and is the usual pick for cats or for mixing into food.

How much PROZIMA should I give my dog or cat?

Once a day: dogs over 50 lbs get 1 full dropper, dogs 21 to 49 lbs get half a dropper, dogs under 20 lbs and cats get a quarter dropper.

Can I use the same hemp oil for my dog and my cat?

PROZIMA is made for dogs and cats. Give each pet the amount for its own size. For any other brand, follow the directions on its own label.

Are Amazon star ratings a good way to choose?

They help, but look at the number of ratings as well as the stars. A 4.3 average from 3,000 ratings tells you more than a 5.0 from two. Newer listings, like PROZIMA’s Chicken and Beef, have fewer ratings so far.

Should I ask my vet before starting hemp oil?

Yes, if your pet takes medication, is pregnant or nursing, or has a special diet. Bring the bottle so your vet can read the label.

Where can I buy PROZIMA?

On Amazon in Original, Chicken and Beef 3-packs, or direct from our website in 1-, 2- and 3-packs.
